Return Policy
We always want to make sure we are happy with what we send you. If you aren't for any reason, let us know. Our return procedure is simple, but here are some things to help:
- RETURNS MUST BE STARTED/PROCESSED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL SHIP DATE
- Do not open any of the products inside the box. Keep them in the original condition. We cannot accept returns on items showing signs of wear.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging which includes any special wrapping components.
- All products must be returned. We cannot accept individual products in the box for return, as it comes as a whole package.
- Returns take 10-15 days to process.
- Exchanges not applicable.
- Returns without authorizations will not be processed (e.g. do not mail your box back without receiving postage from us)
